Disability In Apprenticeships
We all have differences. And that’s okay.
Differences make us unique. And help us stand out from the crowd. Having a disability shouldn’t stop you from getting a job. It should empower you to be your best self. To thrive. To grow.
Remember Ellie Robinson? Swimmer and gold medal winner of the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio? Her success was down to talent – but most importantly – mindset.
Self-belief is everything. And this girl has it in spades.
Hiring people with disabilities is good for a business. It promotes an inclusive workplace, encourages empathy and boosts a company’s image from a consumer point of view. With 4.7 million neuro diverse workers in the UK, disability inclusion is all about creating a safe and happy environment where people are valued for their differences. Not judged because of them.
