  • Yes hundred percent working as a team and my communication skills has developed a lot as teamwork allows tasks to be divided according to skills and expertise, which speeds up the construction process. When everyone knows their role, the project goes smoothly and quickly

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed it I enjoyed and glad meeting new people from different backgrounds and I also enjoyed all the new skills I learned some of them I used them in my daily life for example time keeping. Am also glad I got to improve on some skills I already had.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think it well structured I really liked it. It was tough at the start because everything was new to me but the people on site are very good so they showed me the ways and the college was good too they really helped me and the teachers was great.

  • My employer is very good , he give the right support when I need it and he’s very caring he ensure we always have a safe working environment and he communicate very clearly to me if I don’t understand anything he will break down for me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provide was very good I really appreciate the help they gave me especially when it comes to English because it wasn’t my first language and they managed to help me get me maths and English at college, they gave me revision tools to revise for me EPA.

  • Very well it helps build up my confidence too.

  • Because it Lyons and Annoot very good company as long as you take care of them they would take care of you
