Apprentice Sales Assistant, involves working on the tills, jelping customers around store, stocking shelves and completing weekly legal tasks around the store, as well as providing an excellent level of customer service.
I have developed skills such as communication with a wide variety of people, how to complete a date code check in store, how to sell products and build my confidence.
I enjoy my programme thoroughly, completing different tasks around the store and getting to know my colleagues and the customers us really enjoyable.
The programme is really well organised with allowing me 2 hours a week to complete my apprenticeship work as well as a monthly meeting with my supervisor who goes over all the wotk I have completed and sets new work to do for the next meeting.
I receive lots of support from my employer and I'm given all the help needed when asked
I receive lots of support from my provider when I need it and she us more than happy to help with any quieries I have.
It gives me lots of extra knowledge that I can use throughout the store when on the shop floor which has really helped devrlop my confidence.
Yes. We have had a few extra-curricular activitues such as the christmas party.

I would recommend as they have created a really positive and welvoming environment to be in. Everybody has offered lots of support instantly and have given me a really enjoyable ecperience so far. Its a really pleasyrably team to work with.
Dont be afraid to ask for any help if you are worried, everyone is incredibly welcoming and happy to be around. Dont be afraid to get stuck into jobs and tasks around the store
