Helping customers with their questions and making sure that they are provide with the right product for them. I also serve customers on the till as well as helping them on the shop floor.
I have definitely become more confident and gained more knowledge on products.
I enjoy helping people and talking to new people and helping them with any questions they have. I also enjoy getting to know my colleagues more.
It’s very well structured. I get an hour of training a week and a call every month.
I receive lots of support from my employer they are there if i have any questions.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I am able to talk through things on a call and they help me through it.
If i have any questions they are there to help and it helps me become better in my role because it allows me to be more confident.
