Level 3 craft bricklayer apprentice which involves setting out and laying bricks as well as starting to help supervise and manage the team, materials and equipment
Yes i have learnt so much in the past year, i joined lyons and annoot with not much experience on big sites like i work on now, so i have been learning new skills within my trade as well as developing my social skills communicating with new people everyday and the clients/ contractors I have been learning new skills that will help me throughout my life in and out of work
I am really enjoying my college course and work on site every day is a new challenge and allows me to keep getting better
Very well organised my college is great and everyone at lyons and annoot has been helpful always keep us updated and organised
We know the support is there if needed but also allow us to be independent
My college tutor is fantastic i always really enjoying going to college he does an amazing job supporting and helping us to learn and we know we will be ready for our end point assessment when it comes
It helps a lot with this qualification so you have all the knowledge you need to succeed and help others along the way
No would be nice to have some even just christmas party when we finish for christmas

Every day is different never monotonous, helps you gain confidence and life skills from communication to keeping you fit, meeting great new people and enjoying work As well as lyons and annoot showing faith giving me the chance to progress my career
Come to work willing to learn and ready to help out and you will be fine
