yes, i have developed my customer service skills by taking calls and dealing with any quires they may have.
I enjoy my apprenticeship however i wish i could progress to a high level after completion to develop my study's.
it is organised however i think when getting feedback this could be clearer as it is useful for submissions to get the latest feedback.
we have regular catch up calls to go through what is required however check ins before the catch ups would be useful to know we are on track.
We receive regular support and if we have any other questions we can link in with our coaches.
I feel it hasn't helped massively as we are doing the same role as other colleagues who are not on the apprenticeship and were upskilled on the systems separate to our apprenticeship. Hopefully it will have with carer progression moving forward.
There are many networking events to attend and volunteer activities for all.
