  • yes i have gained a lot of knowledge in this job role, on products we serve to customers and how to achieve to sell more products within the job.

  • it is very structured and good, if you understand computers and technologically.

  • lots of support. trainers are always there to help if i get stuck.

  • it has a flexible hour timetable, you can improve and work yourself up the ladder to achieve different levels of management.

  • make sure you fit and healthy as it involves alot of heavy lifting, have good customer service skills.
