yes i have gained a lot of knowledge in this job role, on products we serve to customers and how to achieve to sell more products within the job.
some things could be changed regarding the course. to make it little simpler.
it is very structured and good, if you understand computers and technologically.
some times very little.
lots of support. trainers are always there to help if i get stuck.
helps me build my confidence and assures to the best of there knowledge about me.

it has a flexible hour timetable, you can improve and work yourself up the ladder to achieve different levels of management.
make sure you fit and healthy as it involves alot of heavy lifting, have good customer service skills.
