I deal with guests whether it’s serving at tables or the bar, deal with allergens, provide information about the menu and insight to some of the items (steaks, wine, the lettuce wedge)
Different type of leadership styles for example autocratic, democratic etc also developed more of my wine knowledge
I enjoy it very much because of the opportunities to learn new things
Very well structured
A lot of support especially towards the end when it came to the assessments
A lot my learning instructor was always there when I needed him and always stayed in touch as well
Brings me more confidence in my role
Not that I’m aware off, would love for there to be a football team/league where we go against other sights
Yes
The opportunities there is to progress especially when it comes to the apprenticeship
Be yourself, be confident and don’t rush just stay calm
