General security of the business. Keeping things legal and managing day to day tasks with efficiency. Running daily shifts and managing enquiries/issues that may arise. Handling cash and managing health and safety regulations for a team of almost 50 people. Controlling stock, labour budgets and consumable budgets to keep in line with profit and loss.

M&B are supportive and always encouraging development with loads of support available for anyone looking to expand in their careers. Plenty of opportunities available across loads of different positions in the business. Also a very good starting position for school leavers or anyone looking to begin their hospitality careers.
Come in with an open mind and research the business. Try and gain plenty of product knowledge and do plenty of market research to be able to answer any questions that may be given to you. Be open and honest about anything you find difficult and be sure to ask plenty of questions.
