My role is Front of House, which involves, serving customers food and drinks, serving and cleaning table, taking out food, preparing deserts, making sure everyone has a pleasant experience. To go above and beyond to ensure we are the best we can be.
Confidence has been the biggest development I have made. Having faith in myself and believing I can overcome my anxiety with the knowledge I have learnt.
I really loved it. The help was there when I needed it. Everything was easy and straight forward to learn. Help was always there when I needed and my learning coach was super understanding.
Very well organised. Everything was explained to me at the beginning.
I receive a lot of support whenever I need it. Even when I am curious about the technical side of things in the office.
A lot of training support. Always there to ask questions.
All of it. The amount of things I have learned had helped me come out of my shell and enjoy interacting with customers.
We have a work bingo. Each day there is a list of items we try to upsell. For example, selling sides, wines, desserts. The winners get a prize.
