On a daily basis at work I am on the till for a few hours , I help customers either information and advice. I stock shelves, tidy and have the store up and follow the store policy’s.
I have learnt to have better confidence and communication with my team members as well as customers.
I enjoy this programme very much as I have learnt a lot of life skills I will definitely bring on into the future.
My programme is very organised and I always know when and what I will be doing.

It’s a good atmosphere and you learn alot , how to deal with customers , popular and trending products , etc… Everyone is treated well.
