While working in a nursery, I have learned to create enabling environments and activities that support holistic development. I developed skills in planning age-appropriate activities for mathematical learning, ensuring inclusivity, and fostering a positive atmosphere, all of which enhance outcomes for the children I work with.
I really enjoy my nursery apprenticeship. It's fulfilling to see children grow and develop through the activities I create. I love being part of their learning journey, especially when I can support their mathematical skills and ensure every child feels included and valued in the environment.
My nursery apprenticeship program is quite well organized and structured. It includes a balance of hands-on experience and theoretical learning, which helps me understand child development better. The program also provides clear guidelines for planning activities, ensuring they meet age-related expectations and support each child's unique learning needs.
I receive a good amount of help from my employer. They provide guidance on best practices in child development and support me in creating enabling environments. Their feedback on my activities helps me improve and ensures I'm meeting the needs of all children in the nursery.
I get a decent amount of support from my training provider while working towards my nursery apprenticeship qualifications. They offer resources and guidance that help me understand child development better, which is really beneficial for creating activities that support children's holistic growth.
I feel that my qualification through my training provider really helps me perform better in my role. It gives me a solid understanding of age-related expectations and how to create activities that support children's holistic development, especially in areas like mathematical learning. This knowledge boosts my confidence in planning effective and inclusive activities.

Yes
I would recommend this nursery to a friend because it provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. A good nursery offers a variety of stimulating activities, a caring and qualified staff, and a focus on each child's individual development, and Kids Planet definitely provide this. It's a great place where children can thrive and build essential skills for their future. Plus, it gives parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in good hands!
