  • I’m an early years apprentice so that is looking after children whilst also learning.

  • Yes not only my knowledge and understanding of eyfs but also my confidence and that’s all down to my tutor

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I absolutely love it. My tutor is so lovely that I look forward to seeing her/ speaking to her

  • Very organised I get a time table with all my dates and events and scheduled webinars.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support. My setting is honestly amazing

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support I’ve had from my tutor and the feedback I get knowing my confidence isn’t that great. She helps me with everything and anything. The best decision I’ve chose choosing realise I’d recommend to anyone wanting to start early years.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think knowledge is key everyday in improving in the physical aspect because I’m expanding in my knowledge from realise.

  • We do Forrest school training, schema training and awards night

  • 9a. Would you recommend Realise to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Realise has helped me with many aspects but mainly my confidence in getting better at talking and that’s down to my lovely tutor. The best decision I’ve made was choosing realise. I don’t feel pressured or stressed I just feel understand and my tutor helps me with everything.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?
  • To not be so nervous, tutors,training providers are only here to help and guide you to get a qualification. I’ve met some lovely people
