Apprentice engineer in TTS department this includes daily maintenances and reactive work
I have learnt a lot of new skills and i am constantly doing new work which I am learning from
I enjoy my programme a lot however at times it can be the same jobs over and over which can be a bit boring
At first it wasn’t organized at all and I was in charge of finding myself work and jobs to do but in recent times it has gotten better
Recently I’ve been getting a lot more support from my managers in comparison to my early stages in my apprenticeship
During my college experience I received a lot of support from teachers however at work this was not mirrored
I feel my qualifications do help with my confidence and therefore help me perform my work better
Not to my knowledge
Yes
Because there’s a lot of longevity within this company and good opportunities to learn and grow
Use your voice to speak about issues rather than staying quiet and waiting for things to be fixed
