Shadowing and performing general and reactive maintenance tasks with senior engineers and completing individual projects set by my managers
I have learnt many new skills that i wasn't able to perform before joining, such as my hand skills with tools and other equipment. I have also developed on pre existing skills, such as team work and resiliance
I really enjoy working at stansted airport
My program is pretty well organised, i am normally busy completing jobs however the airport can be really quiet during slower parts of the year
I am always able to go to my employer with any problems or issues i have while at work and they are always happy to help
The staff at the college are usually very helpful however sometimes takes them a while to reply to emails
Most if not all of the information i learn at Harlow college i am able to use at my place of work and it helps me quit a lot
Yes, my place of work organizes social events and sports days regularly through the year, such as golf days and runway runs

Its a great place to work, you are able to gain a lot of experience in a welcoming and supportive workplace
Make sure to get involved in any jobs that technicians are attending, they're all happy to help
