Yes I have learnt new skills such as time management being able to work in the given timeframe. Adaptability and Flexibility.
I am able to learn different areas and expertise which help me expand my knowledge on topics which I haven't learnt about before.
I have received loads of support from Mondelez on various topics including (not limited to) assignment deadlines, to flexi-leave, to mentoring, advising. At Mondelez, everyone is ready to offer support.
I have receive good support from my module tutors as they provide feedback on assignments.
In some of my modules, I have to do presentations so having the ability to practice presentations in a less stressful environment has increased my confidence and familiarity on presenting in my job role.
There are so many extra-curricular activities that I can get involved in at work so as inclusion networks, volunteering etc.
