  • I am a duty manager and I oversee the wellbeing of guests and employees as well as ensuring all of the day to day operations go smoothly.

  • Yes, I have learnt many new skills that I would not have learnt if I hadn’t done the apprenticeship, this has allowed me to progress in my role and take on more responsibilities.

  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it allows to me to learn more and expand my knowledge.

  • They have a good structure for management and they treat everyone fairly.

  • I would recommend that everyone should just be themselves, there’s nothing wrong with being different and everyone treats each other equally.
