I am a duty manager and I oversee the wellbeing of guests and employees as well as ensuring all of the day to day operations go smoothly.
Yes, I have learnt many new skills that I would not have learnt if I hadn’t done the apprenticeship, this has allowed me to progress in my role and take on more responsibilities.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it allows to me to learn more and expand my knowledge.
It is very well structured with clear objectives and targets that are easy to meet.
I receive a god amount of support as this has allowed me to complete my tasks.

They have a good structure for management and they treat everyone fairly.
I would recommend that everyone should just be themselves, there’s nothing wrong with being different and everyone treats each other equally.
