I manage the GMP systems utilized in the QA/QC department, developing content within these systems and addressing issues raised by our internal QC clients. Additionally, I perform quality assurance tasks for both internal and external QA clients. I also use my SME knowledge to support investigations within the QC labs.
I have acquired new skills in change management and leadership, as well as a deeper understanding of GMP processes related to systems in the QA/QC field. Additionally, I enhanced my development by working in a GMP QC Laboratory during a brief rotation. I've developed problem-solving skills, including Level 0 and PPS, and earned my Lean Cross-Functional Enabler certification.

I receive substantial support from excellent lecturers who are available to answer questions about the course via email and weekly teams webinars.
The university course provides a context that enhances my understanding when configuring chromatography data systems and integrating the methods into the lab execution system. It also helps to develop a further understanding of the methods that I carry out during my rotations.
