    • I work with my team to create BI reports for other departments who require one. This involves visualising the data in a simple way so everyone on the project can interact and understand it.

    • I have learned new BI skills, as well as other basics in data analysis such as data management, stakeholder engagement etc.

    • I enjoy it to a large extent- the hands on experience while also still gaining qualifications.

    • There is good organisation- two weeks of every month, twice a week, I have a delivery session with Multiverse, and for the remaining two week it is about working on my project evidence and applying what I have learned in the delivery session at work.
