I am a learning and development business consultant partner. I have performance consultancy conversation to ensure the correct learning intervention is implemented

Yes. I am have broaden my knowledge and understanding on closing performance gaps and building stakeholder relationships.

I enjoy that programme is relevant to my role and I am to put things i am learning into practice. By having regular conversations with my tutor and line manager ensures I am able to align my work tasks and apprenticeships to get the most impact.
