I manage a team ensure all tasks for the day are completed and offer support to those who need it
i have learnt more people skills and how to give good customer service on a daily basis
i enjoy being taught and educated while also being payed into a real job and treated like an adult
i think the program is well structured however ensuring that hours are given should be a big priority
i received any support i asked for although it has been difficult with staffing hours some times
i receive a lot of support and help when i needed it and am not made to feel bad for not knowing
i think it helps since i have education aswell as a job which sets me up

it is a good place to work and if you have good management skills you will feel comfortable in the roll
i would remind them to keep calm and ensure that they keep ontop of time management to successfully work
