I am a head housekeeper managing a team of 10 within my department. Tasks ranging from day to day motivation, managing staff absence and progress. Linen managment
Yes I have been learning how to run the hotel, manage guests day to day with issues and or requests
I like learning new skills
It is well structured and balanced between required modules and on the job training
I recieve alot of support from management and colleagues on the same course
I get more than 100% support from my tutor
I'm 100% happy with my learning and support. My skills have massively improved
