I have just started so it's very difficult to tell at this stage. I definitely learnt a lot about myself as I recently had to carry out a personal SWOT-Analysis which really helped to understand better how other people perceive me.
It's very difficult to rate at this stage as in my previous question I have just started my apprenticeship.
I am not sure yet, it seems well structured but I will be able to give a better feedback after 6-12 months.
