    • Driving Regional support relationship building Reviewing store expansion proposals and presenting to the Board Director (weekly) Reviewing legal contracts and presenting to the Board Director (weekly) Taking the lead on ad-hoc project work Providing support on in-house property systems and procedures Provide training to team members and new starters

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I have just started so it's very difficult to tell at this stage. I definitely learnt a lot about myself as I recently had to carry out a personal SWOT-Analysis which really helped to understand better how other people perceive me.

    • It's very difficult to rate at this stage as in my previous question I have just started my apprenticeship.

    • I am not sure yet, it seems well structured but I will be able to give a better feedback after 6-12 months.

    • I have just started and I am not sure yet how much support I will receive at this stage.

    • Again not sure about this yet as I have just started.

    • Started in January 2025 so not sure yet.

    • We have a couple of social events throughout the year but it's optional to attend.
