I have developed a better understanding of my role and personal capabilities in the workplace together with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
It is a challenge at times but I am enjoying learning skills that will increase my abilities within the workplace.
I find the program structure is adaptable to my schedule in order that I might balance my normal job role together with studies and my home life.
I am allowed time at my discretion to work on tasks and projects for the apprenticeship. On tasks that need the involvement of colleagues or managers I am supported.
They are easily contactable with questions and I have regularly scheduled 1 to 1 appointments with my tutor.
The information I am being taught has many applicable parts that are relevant and useful in my role.

The culture of growth and communication is prevalent through all areas that I have worked in Lidl and I feel appreciated in my current role.
Be prepared for managers to be approachable and willing to encourage a learning enviroment.
