my job is to observe on the job as im only training i learn alot about the children and i entertain them my doing activities that they love and i tire them out by chasing them as they love this they love going on a bare hunt
i have definetely learned alot of skills as i felt i didnt know alot before starting but this is my first job and i love it my new skills will be that i have learned alot on safeguarding and the new observations on the children
i love my job i cant dream being anywhere else its a nice outdoor nursery which is good for the children as they love to explore the wildlife
really well organised as the children know where they can go play and we have different areas such as the messy area, the cooking area, sleeping area, reading area
i have training every monday for the whole day they help me if i struggle on a task i am very supported here
my assesor makes time for me when i need her and she helps me when i struggle she supported me through my first discussion by doing a pretend one at first
my qualification helps me see through the children my training provider helps me in my job as i learn alot from my training
we have open days so the parents can get to know us staff and we get to know the parents we have staff meetings that help us if we have questions the staff go out for meals together as we all get along really well

it is a really good company and i feel really supported
its a good company you will get the best qualification out of it and they are really supportive
