    • I'm the Assistant manager at Harvester. I'm responsible for running shift safely and motivate the team bringing proft to the business.

    • How to deal with conflicts between the team. How to use different leadership styles. Everyone is different and unique do we need to treat people individually.

    • I like every part of it to be honest.

    • It was amazing, it was very useful that I could do my learning at my own time balancing my work and life.

    • Whenever I needed I could ask my GM. She supported me throughout the apprenticeship.

    • I didn't need any support really but I know I had many resources to use in case if I struggle which is amazing.

    • 100% I am more confidence at my job role and I gained so much knowledge.

    • I was responsible for Harvesters social media during my apprenticeship and I used it for my apprenticeship project.

    • Yes

    • I love the opportunities to progress and the rewards schemes.

    • Take your time, ask if you need help but most of all believe in yourself.
