I'm the Assistant manager at Harvester. I'm responsible for running shift safely and motivate the team bringing proft to the business.
How to deal with conflicts between the team. How to use different leadership styles. Everyone is different and unique do we need to treat people individually.
I like every part of it to be honest.
It was amazing, it was very useful that I could do my learning at my own time balancing my work and life.
Whenever I needed I could ask my GM. She supported me throughout the apprenticeship.
I didn't need any support really but I know I had many resources to use in case if I struggle which is amazing.
