Sous chef at a restaurant. Involves running a brigade of cooks, making sure food quality standards are met. Placing food orders, managing rotations.
Learnt a lot about food legislation and people management.

Lifetime is providing very well organised and structured programmes, help is always available, their systems are up to date and modern and the coaches know what they’re doing.
