Cooking and cleaning to company spec. Stock management including Ordering food and supplies, counting stock, taking deliveries, managing wastage. Completing people management and admin e.g writing weekly rotas, performing any investigations, disciplinaries and team meetings
I've learnt lots of new cooking skills, e.g. knife skills and how to prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes.
I loved it
Very well organised. I felt that the Masterclasses were quite long and intense, with very little opportunity for a proper break, but I understand there's a significant amount of knowledge stuffed into one day so it's necessary
Loads. My GM was very supportive, allowing me plenty of time to complete my OTJT
Lots of support. My lifetime coach was always willing to help me out as and when I needed it
