    • In this job role you are the front of house team. You will be the ones serving the guests whether this is table service or bar service.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • Multitasking is a big part of this job. You will have to juggle multiple tables at a time. Communication skills are vital! You will be in constant communication with your guests, your kitchen team and your duties managers as well as your fellow bar/serving team member

    • I love how much knowledge you aquire during an apprenticeship i like that it explains the whys as well as the hows

    • I have a very busy life and hectic schedule but I was able to schedule times with my tutor that suited me and my needs

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • My manager was super supportive she was constantly checking on with me making sure I was doing okay asking if I needed any help any bits of advice or general support

    • They are constantly there you can connect with them through email or through the lifetime website

    • I have a much better understanding of what i need to do and why I need to do it

    • My site have monthly quiz nights and other events that bring the community together

    • It's a great place to work they really look after you there's plenty of different ways you can progress lots of different options and resources available for everyone
