I am a supervisor, so I deal with handling cash, arranging bookings, day to day services, team training.
I learnt some new skills and it helped develop me more on certain areas.
I did enjoy doing the programme, I would of enjoyed it more with more time due to having children so time was not free a lot for me to complete work on time.

I had my tutor at the start before I went on maternity and she was good and then I had another tutor who was very helpful with the course
