I really love the programme. I can see myself developing each week and get to learn more about the tech industry and improve my sales skills. I am pushing myself with pitches and presentations to better understand my companies solutions so that I am confident when speaking to a customer.
Extremely well organised with different business rotations being introduced and learnt about.
I large amount of support. Each person is appointed a buddy a mentor and a coach to develop yourself and turn to when needed.
I lot of support in the background I am able to go onto the platform and message the provider any questions or call about the qualification or if needing guidance.
Extremely well, I get to really focus more on the soft skills and practice and learn more about technology in a separate environment and then can implement what I have learnt into my role.
Absolutely joining the companies football team and many social events within our team really is a fun way to network
