An overview of my role whilst working in retail is creating customers, helping them with there needs, serving on tills, making sure there is plenty of stock out and making sure that the shelves are tidy and presentable.
Yes I learnt to build up my confidence, gained more experience with my maths skills and learnt how to work great as a team.
I love it , I really enjoy coming into work everyone is so welcoming and the program is very interesting to do also.
Very well organised the Vault is really easy to get your head around, I can find the tasks I need to do easy and quick without getting confused.
I receive lots of support from my employer she really is lovely and understands if I’m struggling with my work that she is there to help me .
I receive lots of support from my training provider he always makes sure that I’m up to task and that if I need help he’s there to support me through the qualification.
I feel that my qualification does help me perform better in my role as by doing this qualification it gives me an aspect on all sorts of things that I probably wouldn’t have thought about if I wasn’t doing this qualification.
