My roles include a lot of customer service based activities including till service, fragrence advisor, helping people find products. I also do delivery regularly, facing shelves and cleaning the store. Iam also expected to make sure my apprentiship work is done and all my extra tasks get completed.
My people skills and team working skills have improved during the job. I have also trained new staff on our tasks and devloped my maths and understanding of british values.
I enjoy the programme quite alot. Tasks like fragrence are my favourite and make me happy to form a connection with customers.
My programme on the apprentiship side is well organised and it is up to me to make sure soek gets done.
My employer supports me an alright amount however i feel i have to chase for my required work to get done as my managers do not remember what i have to do.
I recive lots of support.
I feel my training is good and teaches me non standard tasks for the role.
