  • My day to day role is communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workload is completed up to a high standard. I communicate with our Client Accountants on completing their car park reconciliations for their clients. I am a key point of contact for any car park finance quiries.

  • Yes, my communication skills have developed from my existing ones, this is because I need to remain compliant and professional on site at all times as I am representing the business.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme my study day allows me to develop my skills and accounting knowledge. My Level 4 aat topics has really incorporated to my current job role.

  • Very well structured I am always supported and always feel like I am on the right track both in work and in my studies.

  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer in regards to my apprenticeship, my manager supports me and has nominated me year on year for awards.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a huge amount of support from my training provider and all of the trainers I have come across so far. They are willing to support me when I am stuck on questions and topics and they have nominated me for a learner of the year award which I won last year.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification has definitely helped me perform better in my role, certain topics have aligned with my job role like Internal accounting systems and controls and analysis.

  • Yes, team lunches, socials, apprentice lunches, Christmas Doos. The different offices tend to merge on social days. Yearly charity events.

  • The people are always supportive, the employees provide great support and create a joyous working environment to be around.

  • Don't shy away from a conversation if the next step doesn't scare you a little bit then its not a big enough step.
