  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my work quite well, the team are nice and explain anything I don't get. At university it is more difficult to get a good explanation if I don't understand something.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I sometimes feel like I'm given unnecessary information about some things, or the same thing over and over, and not given enough about others. I would rather things were more clear.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get a lot of support from my line manager and one of my colleagues offered to help me with my structures work which is very helpful.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get the lectures on a thursday and some progress review meetings, but I don't feel like it's very easy to ask questions if I don't understand something in the lectures, and I'm not given enough time to be able to ask outside of lesson.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I'm still quite new to the role, so not much from uni has come up yet, but somethings have been helpful just sort of seeing how things work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, I haven't looked into these a lot, I tend to prefer doing the university societies, but I know that there are some.
