    • Security engineering - Endpoint protection and compliance via vulnerability assessments, auditing and Anti Virus scanning.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I learned a lot about project management and business transformation. From conceptualisation of ideas and stakeholder management to process modelling and requirement engineering I have a whole new appreciation for how to sell my ideas through the lens of what matter to the customer and the needs of the business.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Couldn't have asked for more. Multiverse provided full flexibility and understanding around my availability and gave me support whenever i needed it.   • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Very well. pre module work was well organised, live sessions were rewarding and the recordings were made available promptly.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • As much as necessary. My manager understood the demands of the course and fully supported my needs as well as curating my work where possible to meet the demands of the module projects.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • As much as necessary. Feedback was detailed and had an incredible impact on my work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • While the day to day work hasnt been affected very much, the work i did on the apprenticeship led to significant benefits for my account at the time due to changes i made to a key process. While the outcome was the same and the process was never broken, the apprenticeship gave me the skills and knowledge to frame the problem in a way that got us the resources that helped to streamline and improve our existing ways of working.

    • Working here has changed my life. I'm proud of the work we do and I work in an incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable team that is driven to deliver and share their expertise for the benefit of everyone around them.

    • Be prepared to do your part, this is not a place for people that want to phone it in.
