My role involves supporting our employees with their HR queries, ensuring policy is followed and supporting the UK people strategy. When I was apprentice, I focused on talent management.
Learnt lots of crucial skills, such as stakeholder engagement and management, professional communication and presenting
I did enjoy it! HPE fully supported me throughout the experience which I appreciated
The HPE Early Career program was fully structure and organised, to ensure that early careers were given professional and soft skill training that sets them up for their career.

It has given me the foundations of knowledge to be able to manage the day to day HR scenarios
