Each day I ensure I provide a great service for my client. I am running 4 programmes currently and lead teams within Arcadis UK and Arcadis Manilla. I attend meetings, chair meetings, organise projects and programmes as well as take on a mentoring role.
I have learnt to be more organised, manage my time better and become more of a team leader. I have built confidence in public speaking and built a professional rapport.
I genuinely love my every day job. I find some days stressful but arcadis are very supportive and there is always help at hand.
Very well, I am at the stage of combining my RICS studies with my degree studies and have had plenty of help to do so.
Lots, arcadis are very supportive and will do everything they can to ensure that I have what I need to do my job and excel beyond.
Not so much, I feel that the uni is very much do it and figure it out on your own.
I feel the job and the degree go hand in hand and the knowledge from each allows you to break down and utilise tasks more effectively.
I am on the social committee and organise all sector social events, I have recently joined an internal board to bridge the gap between members.
