Take up tickets that appear in the support inbox regarding the platform, resolve tickets and triage them as they come. If necessary hand them over to an supervisor or another team member to complete. When needed make powerbi dashboards connected to live data for specific needs.
learnt new skills such as powerbi dashboard development, learnt about databases, sql also developed skills i have such as working in a team, working on deadlines, and communication.
Everyday is different have different tasks and different bugs to change
