Customer service skills, problem solving, decision making
A varied role working with sound colleagues but encountered many issues in the first few months such as late rosters, disorganisation and no accountability from senior managers

Basic support with little understanding from mangers of the program
Supported by Trafford College more specifically Alex our tutor but can only go so far and was unaware of the extent of issues we faced at MAG
Not really focused on operations - more focused on aviation law and basic health and safety
