I work in a microbiology lab and i test finished and in process products in a controlled area
Yes lots of new skills such as learning how to follow GMP lots and testing techniques such as transfers, sterility, bioburden, gram staining and data entry
I really enjoy it as i get to experience a lot its a friendly environment i have formed lots of new friends and get lots of support from seniors and managers with my degree and studying
It is very organised and clear i find the quarterly reviews helpful
a lot of support with studying, training and gaining more experience
A lot of support they are understanding with unexpected life events offer frequent check ins and also communicate well with my employer
It is very well linked and helps me put the knowledge i am studying into my everyday role
Yes there are lots of networking events that we are currently involved in, there are lots of sports clubs and social clubs that are easy access

It is a well paid and well organised apprenticeship it has a good work enviroment
