On shift, manage the shift, organise the team into sections, set and complete daily log book tasks, cash reconciliation, stock management, health and safety within the store, upselling, explaining benefits of Costa app, rota management, open/close the store, Make sure cafe is clean and ambient.
Not really, I learned a lot on Costa's policies and procedures. Already have 15 years experience within the hospitality sector and a higher national certificate. Also managed 2 Cafes prior to the apprenticeship. Have a great skill set already compared to most within the industry.

Better pay then most cafés, Much better place to work than a pub. Easier shifts than previous work. Relaxed and chilled atmosphere.
That there is an apprenticeship available, which gives you a qualification while working. Great for any future roles within the sector
