I help customers with their laptops which my company provide and their company issued mobile phones
I have learned a lot of IT skills and have improved upon my customer service skills
I enjoyed my programme a lot from gaining IT knowledge to understanding customers better
my program is very well structured
I received a lot of support whether it was time to do course work or giving me experience to learn something new
my training gave me a lot of support and didn't confuse me
it gives me a better understanding of customers and how to interact with them
