I am completing an Assistand Relationship managers role which involevs answering client calls and queries and providing day to day support for the Relationship Managers.
I have developed telephone skills since starting here and I have also gained skills in using the systems relevant to the ARM role.
I enjoy my programme alot. I am very happy with the team I have been placed in and the work I am given.
I feel valued by my team as my view is always listend to and I have weeekly one to ones with my line manager which ensures I am aslways on track with my apprenticeship.
My programme is very well structured. All tasks I am given are very relevant to my job role and I am able to use these tasks as evidence for my education peice. I have also attended several inductions and training courses. I am scheduled for another in January. There ensure I have the correct training to become competent in the role.
I recieve alot of support from my training porivder. My asssesor makes it very clear to me atthe start of the month what she is expecting from me and she has also made me aware that if at any time I am struggling I can contact her and she will help me out.
Through weekly 1:1's with my line manager I recieve all support needed. I have also been given a buddy which has helped give an extra line of support for me.
My salary more than meets my costs.
yes, Since staring I have already took part in the bike 500 charity event. Also through the benefits package discounted acess to local gyms etc is offered.

It is one of the best programmes in the country and it is a programme which can open up many career oppurtunities in a wide organazation.
Do not write too much, keep application simple with main points you want to get across to the employer made clear. Prepare for the interview(s). Briong evidence to support yourself.
