Overall responsibility for L&D within People function, including apprenticeships, professional development, wider learning and development including workshops and training.
Presentation and facilitation, communicating with stakeholders, partnering for L&D solutions, understanding and knowledge of learning models and theories, managing change.
Very enjoyable, varied and fast-paced. Well supported but take ownership which I like.
