As a project support officer, I support the Benefit Realisation and Business Case Manager in maintaining records, booking meeting, updating plans and trackers, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Currently, I have been redeployed to a non-project role with Workplace Adjustment Team.
Yes. I have been able to learn various liks Leadership, Communication, Planning, Risk Management, Problem Solving, Governance, Quality Management, Project Scheduling and Scope, Team work and Stakeholder Management.
I have enjoyed every bit of the programme as it covers all the areas that i wanted to develop myself for the future project role. I have also been preparing for my Functional Skills qualification along with this programme.
The course is well structured but more teaching is needed around the Agile approach of the project.
I have received support from my employer with more than expected. My Line Manager and team have been helpful throughout the journey so far.
