I am trained on how the company runs and how the retail experience is as well as being trained up to supervisory level. I work stock most days and work on the tills as well as being part of the delivery process most weeks. I’m also trained on customer service and to deliver that to the best of my ability.
Yes, I have developed my customer/social skills better as well as learning new skills such as date rotation and working stock properly.
I like the program because it offers the opportunity of having experience for the future and training to a certain level. The people I work with are amazing and supportive.
I think it is organised quite well as i always know what i need to do for the next meetings and what i need to improve on etc. As well as what is expected of me.
My employer supports me as much as possible when i need help or am struggling with something i am not confident in.
I receive a lot of support in my training as i struggle with certain things but am always supported in any areas i am unsure in.
It gives me the confidence that i can do well and i feel like i have improved in just the few months i have been here from where i have started from.

Yes
Because the environment is friendly and supportive.
that it’s ok to be nervous when you first start but you will eventually settle in to the job and the people you work with, and no matter how you start you will always develop your skills.
