i deal with the public advisng and helping them with benefits
yes i have learnt various new skills such as active listening
i don't, it is poorly constructed and based around a retail job and very little relevance around what i do
its not, im sure its good for someone who is dealing face to face with a company but for a govenment department it has little to offer
my employer supports me very well i am given the day to do it and ensure that im free to concentrate on it
since the introduction in December 2024 i have had communication once with my tutor and that was because i raised a question but apparently will contact me once a month
i think it will help as I'm technically working in customer service roll
not that im aware
No
i have got several modules that require my tutor to participate in and mocks that I'm supposed to do and these need my tutor to organise and yet they haven't been done, i doubt they have even looked at it
dont bother it a waste
