My day-today role involves configuring and repairing devices according to their SLA's. Devices are placed on shelves and I prioritise them by working on devices that have high SLA. I repair faulty components within the device and test it thoroughly before configuring it according to customer requirements
I have learnt technical skills such as Configuration, troubleshooting, fault finding, and diagnosing devices
I thoroughly enjoy my programme, it is filled with opportunities to learn
I receive support from my manager by attending scheduled one-to one meetings, catch up sessions and being able contact them if I require support from them at any time
I receive a lot of support from the training provider, I have scheduled calls in monthly to track my progress and am able to contact them if support is required
The skills that I have learnt throughout my apprenticeship has been vital in helping me perform better in my role, and has given me a better understanding of my role
There are many activities which we are encouraged to attend at work, for example charity bake sales, apprentice community calls and networking events
