I have just started a new opportunity and at the moment I am shadowing my line manager. I have joined a new team and they are all so welcoming.
I have developed my communicating skills as I was quite nervous when I started. This was because I was in a very different environment as the environment I was in before was school.
I am really enjoying everything in my programme and am doing really well with my college.
I would say my programme is well organised. I know what days I have college and the days I have to be in work.
I receive so much support from my employer. I always feel that I can go to anyone for help.
My training provider helps me a a lot. If I don't get anything they will always make some free time to help me.
I feel like it helps me a lot.
There is a lot of extra-curricular activities at my work. For example, Lake district. This allows us apprentices to network and build relationships.
